Founded by Boris Groth—a computer scientist and former researcher and entrepreneur in Software Engineering, Computer Graphics, Simulation, E-Learning, and AI—we combine 35+ years of systems thinking with 12+ years of real estate project development experience on the Canary Islands, reducing traditional development risk while delivering premium residential projects end-to-end.
Based on this DNA, we manage the full project lifecycle from concept to clean exit. That includes architecture, planning, approvals, construction, handover, operations and value creation, plus contracts, notarial processes, suppliers and materials. Optional financing or investment support is available.

VILLA INFINITY
An Iconic, Nature-Integrated Signature Residence
Villa Infinity is an iconic Signature Residence designed for discerning owners and investors who seek more than conventional luxury.

The architecture of Villa Infinity is inspired by the infinity symbol (∞) and translated into a sculptural, non-replicable spatial concept. Flowing lines, strong horizontality and precisely framed vistas create a residence that is instantly recognisable and impossible to duplicate. Unlike typical luxury villas that rely on interchangeable layouts, Villa Infinity is conceived as a standalone architectural statement — a defining factor for value protection and market differentiation.
Architecture and landscape are conceived as a single, integrated system. The villa is embedded into the natural topography, with terraces, pools and gardens forming a seamless extension of the surrounding environment. Across three carefully articulated levels, the villa offers approximately 594 m² of built space on a plot of around 1,150 m². The private level comprises four generous bedroom suites, each with en-suite bathrooms and outdoor access. A second, more secluded infinity pool creates a private retreat for owners and guests. The design allows for a technical extension to up to six suites, maintaining architectural balance and privacy without compromise.
